We are able to arrange the tents in many different ways to make them fit. If you are unsure, please let us know the space dimensions available and we can figure out how they will fit in your space. For our mattresses the dimensions are 75 inches long x 30in x 3.5 in We request that all furniture be removed prior to our arrival. Please be reminded that if you are having the tents face towards each other, there needs to be enough room to walk in the middle of the room for guests to access their tents. Go Get It Events & Design staff will not rearrange furniture, they will not set up a tent if there isn't enough room for it, and you will not be refunded for the missing tent.
We prefer that you book your event as soon as you have settled on a date. Plus a non-refundable retainer fee of $100 to secure your preferred date and theme. We request that your final count of attendees as accurate as possible, however the final numbers can be confirmed as late as 14 days

*Please be aware that our tent themes are reserved on a first come first serve basis. If the tent theme you chose has already been reserved, Go Get It Events & Designs will contact you as soon as possible to discuss choosing a different theme for your event. In the meantime, a Go Get It Events & Designs will place your theme request on a waiting list in the case of a cancellation.
We require a $100 non-refundable retainer fee to secure your booking, with the remaining balance to be paid 14 days prior to the sleepover date. The $ 100 non-refundable retainer fee will be requested after completing your booking form. You will receive an invoice via email from Go Get It Events & Designs. The invoice will confirm the address, delivery time, pick up time, package requested, remaining balance, and balance due date.
Yes! We have packages that are specific for anyone to choose from two, four, six and up. If you need tents for less than our specific packages please inform in the booking form. We can customize a package just for you, if you need tents less than the desire packages.
If you would like to extend your rental to an additional day, please inform us 7 days prior to your event.Of course! If you would like to keep the tents for an extended period of time, please make sure that is listed on your Booking Form. If not, please feel free to email us with your request. Yes, you are able to rent the tent for only a few hours, however the original prices remain the same for each package. Depending on the amount of bookings we have that day may increase or decrease the length of time you are able to keep them. We try to keep it within 19 hours. For example: 3pm delivery and/or set up, 10am pack up and/or clean up
Children must be at least 3 years of age. We do offer our tents to teens and adults as well. Our mattresses are able to fit an average size adult. Please check the dimensions before placing your order.
Absolutely! All of Go Get It Events & Designs are laundered after each use, using ALL's free clear, and Lysol sanitize washing detergent. All pillows have a protector over them when in use. Any other decorative items in the packages are spot cleaned and disinfected after each use as best as possible.
We require a minimum 14 days notice given for requests to change the date of their local hire booking. The customer’s request can then be granted on the provision that the preferred date is available. A request to change dates within 14 days of booking will be denied. Go Get It Events & Designs does not issue refunds due to cancellations unless there are extreme weather conditions. We can accommodate you buy rescheduling your event for a later date as long as we are given a minimum 14 days notice for date or time changes.Please contact us if you have any further questions.
You can visit the Terms & Conditions site before completing the Booking Form, that details your responsibilities and your expectations from us. Once we receive payment, these terms and conditions will apply. The Terms & Conditions will also be listed in the contract that you will sign before booking with us.
